What the email contains
The subject is “New Submission for Your Form: {form name}” unless your form sends a `_subject` field, in which case that text (up to 200 characters) is used. The body lists every submitted field and value in the order they arrived, followed by a link to the submission in the Formboost dashboard. Fields beginning with an underscore — `_subject`, `_replyto`, `_redirect`, the honeypot — steer delivery and are not shown as answers.
Add a `_replyto` field carrying the submitter's email address and pressing Reply in your mail client answers them directly. Without it, replies go to an unmonitored noreply@ address.

Email is the searchable record; Slack, Discord and Telegram are the real-time nudge. On the Free plan a form has one destination, so pick the one your team actually watches. From Starter a form can email you and post to a channel at the same time, and Auto Reply can send a separate confirmation to the person who filled the form in.
Submissions over your plan's monthly allowance are still accepted and stored, but no email is sent for them and their values are masked in the dashboard until you upgrade.
