You create a Zap with the Webhooks by Zapier trigger, paste the catch-hook URL it gives you into Formboost, and every submission is delivered to that Zap in the background. Zapier then runs whatever actions you configured — a row in Google Sheets, a contact in your CRM, a task in your tracker.
