What a submission row holds
Each row keeps every field the form sent, exactly as named, plus the time it arrived, its spam score and reason, and whether it arrived over your plan's monthly allowance. The CSV export writes one column per field name seen across the form's submissions, so a field you added later simply appears as a new column. Export one form, or the whole inbox across forms.
Submissions are not deleted when you delete a form — the form is hidden and its submissions survive, and they keep counting against the month's allowance they were received in. There is no read API: the dashboard and CSV are how you read submissions, and a webhook on Starter is how you push each new one into your own system.
