Feedback Forms

Feedback is most useful with context attached: which page, which feature, and a rating you can sort on. Hidden fields carry the context; the visitor only sees the rating and a text box.

• ✓Pair it with Discord or Slack on the Free plan so feedback lands where the team talks, or Google Sheets on Starter to chart ratings over time.
• ✓Set the hidden `page` value from the current URL with one line of JavaScript, or render it server-side — it becomes a column you can filter on.
• ✓Send it with fetch() instead of a plain post if you want the page to stay put and show an inline thank-you.
